We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to rehome one of our dogs due to ongoing conflict between our three dogs that was becoming unsafe for everyone involved, especially the dogs. I wasn't even aware that a service like this existed until a colleague mentioned it, and finding Small Dog Adoptions and Rehoming was truly a blessing.

From my very first WhatsApp message, Pam responded immediately. She took the time to understand our situation in detail, not just the reasons for rehoming, but Fergie's temperament, personality, needs and what would make her thrive. Throughout the process, she kept us informed, encouraged us to share photos and videos, and put together a profile that genuinely reflected who Fergie is.

What amazed me most was how perfectly matched the adoption was. From my first conversation with Fergie's new family, it felt as though I was speaking to an old friend. When we finally met, everything felt natural and easy. It honestly felt like Pam had worked some magic behind the scenes.

This was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make, but Pam handled it with compassion, professionalism and incredible attention to detail. Knowing that Fergie has found exactly what she needs has brought us so much peace. I cannot recommend Small Dog Adoptions and Rehoming highly enough. My heart is full, thank you Pam.

I highly recommended Small Dog Adoptions & Rehoming - got my beautiful Bella from them and I am overjoyed with her.
From the word go the adoption went smoothly and we received advice along the way to make Bella's transition from one home to the next as easy as possible.
Thanks again!

This has been the most amazing experience.

From start to finish everything moved along so quickly.

This was the most wonderful way to meet my new little babies in the calmest transition.

I got to meet their previous family and I could see how much they loved their little pets.

I highly recommend this way of Rehoming and adopting ♥️

Pam and the team at Small Dog Adoptions & Rehoming provided my family with so much care and support facilitating one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make - rehoming our beloved dog Bailey. We were met with empathy and understanding given our circumstances and reasons for rehoming. The process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier with Bailey’s new family and home. We received insightful guidance throughout the whole process as well as updates on how Bailey was settling into her new environment which brought us immense comfort and confirmation that we did what was best for our family and for Bailey. We are so grateful for this service and highly recommend them!

We've adopted a few pups over the years, from different agencies, and this was most definitely the easiest, quickest and most professional organization we've used. We were carefully guided and given plenty of information every step of the way and there's no doubt in my mind that the well being of the animals are first and foremost in the minds of everyone involved. Amazing work guys, wish that everyone operated the way that you do. Thank you!

If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Put up our 8 week GSD pupp, up for adoption. Extremely professional, empathetic and supportive company. We avoided utilising basic adoption sites solely because we wanted a smooth transition for pup and didn’t want our pup caged.

Your fur baby remains with you throughout the entire vetting process. The pup is collected directly from your home after the first initial meet and greet.

We got our fur baby a beautiful and loving family.

Pam , thank you so much for the easy process in adopting our most beautiful little girl. She has settled in so beautifully, and is enjoying playing with squeaky balls and toys. She has also taken to my granddaughters who absolutely love her.
I will keep you updated with her progress over the next few months
