English Bulldog Donatello is a lovable senior gentleman with a youthful spirit and plenty of personality. At 9 years old, this friendly, happy, and social Bullie still enjoys his daily walks, followed by a well-earned afternoon nap. He adores spending time with his family and especially loves playing with the teenagers in the home. When this sweet oubaas wants attention or playtime, he will proudly bring you whatever treasure he can find to get the fun started.

Donatello is beautifully socialized, has lived happily with other dogs, and previously shared his home with a cat. He enjoys playing with balls, walks nicely on a leash, and is fully toilet trained. While he is generally a quiet dog, this handsome platgesiggie does let everyone know when thunder is approaching and may bark to alert the house during storms.

Like many English Bulldogs, Donatello does not always realize his own size and can become boisterous during play, making a home with older, dog-savvy children the ideal fit. Due to his short legs and stocky build, stairs can be challenging for him to navigate daily. He highly prefers to stay on a single-level property where this lovable, squishy boy can comfortably relax without having to climb.

One of Donatello’s absolute favourite possessions is his beloved dog house, which he insists on bringing with him to his new home. He also loves his blanket and can often be found dragging it outside to enjoy the warm South African sunshine. Although he can be a little fussy with food, he enjoys a healthy diet topped off with doggy biltong and biscuits, and he is perfectly comfortable being left home alone during the day to snooze in his special house.
